 * Good morning, thank you very much for your plugin and yes it works! I have a 
   simple question regarding the operation of the plugin.
 * For the translate API, if I have a page for example with 4,000 characters, will
   each user who loads that page consume 4,000 characters or is it only consumed
   the first time and saved on the server?
 * Where exactly are the translations saved? In the server cache or in a new table
   in the database?

 * Once a text has been automatically translated, TranslatePress stores it in your
   database, thereby minimizing the requests to the automatic translation service.
   
   This also results in a fast loading of the translated pages.
