    WP Chatbot quit displaying / working on my site recently (not sure when, but has happened within the last week or so).

    There were no major edits / updates to anything on site, the chatbot just quit working and stopped displaying on site. The settings page has a notification that reads “API communication error, unable to update. Please try again later.”

    Any fix for this?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    The API Communication Error is a general error unfortunately I need some more information in order help out.

    In order to troubleshoot can you please send me your Facebook email and Facebook page id?
    You can find the Facebook Page ID by clicking about on the Facebook page (it is on the right side).

    If you can get a screenshot of the error that would be very helpful.

    Solved!

    This was an issue with my client, sorry! They merged two FB pages for branding purposes and the whitelisted URL didn’t carry over. Once I reconfigured that, everything seems fine!
