 * Since the last SGO update, we have noticed that the WP REST API that we are using
   to get data from our mobile app seems to now being cached – despite us having
   the /wp-json/* path set to be excluded in SGO. We are now having to manually
   purge the cache every time we update on our site which is of course problematic
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fapi-calls-being-cached%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hey [@sacfc](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sacfc/)
 * Would it be possible to provide the rest API endpoint which is being cached,
   so we can check the issue?
 * Regards,
    Stanimir

 * I check the endpoint and it’s not being cached by our plugin or by our worker.
 * Here are the headers:
 *     ```
       sg-optimizer-worker-status: bypass
       x-proxy-cache: BYPASS
       x-proxy-cache-info: 0 NC:100000 UP:SKIP_CACHE_NO_CACHE
       ```
 * So, something else is causing the issue.
 * Regards,
    Stanimir
