    Hello,
    a client is asking to be able to read from your Database through API.
    Is this possible?
    Basically whenever a ticket is create or it changes state, I will need to trigger some actions on other softwares.

    The webhooks are not available for now. The webhooks feature is in our development queue and they will be available in future updates of the plugin.
