If it is the server that is at issue, have you checked that it is not hardware or OS related? What do you mean by ‘crash’? Do you have error logs? Is this your physical hardware or a dedicated server at a host? How is PHP configured?

To check the PHP env, you can do so in a browser by creating a phpinfo.php file. In it is only this:
<? phpinfo(); ?>
That file is uploaded to site root. navigate to it in a browser. site.com/phpinfo.php. Remove or rename file when done troubleshooting.
