• Can you check my settings. I have this wordpress site flippish.com with 20k + visitors and around 200+ concurrent this is my server settings :

    Quad-Core 3.2Ghz e3-1230 Xeon Sandy Bridge 8MB cache, 8GB Ram, 2 x 500GB SAS, RAID1, 10TB

    This is my apache settings :

    This is just wordpress but i dont understand why do i get crashes everyday.

  • If it is the server that is at issue, have you checked that it is not hardware or OS related? What do you mean by ‘crash’? Do you have error logs? Is this your physical hardware or a dedicated server at a host? How is PHP configured?

    The server say there is no hardware issues yes its hosted by hivelocity , i mean by crash is that the site goes down but you can access the server only apache dies. Yes apache error logs i have some

    To check the PHP env, you can do so in a browser by creating a phpinfo.php file. In it is only this:

    <? phpinfo(); ?>

    That file is uploaded to site root. navigate to it in a browser. site.com/phpinfo.php. Remove or rename file when done troubleshooting.

    As far as the Apache errors, you should head over to a good server related forum:
