Anywhere to report a WP site for copyright infringement?

I got a linkback on a movie review post I posted yesterday. I went to the site to check it out, and it was my post, word-for-word, with bogus tags and linkbacks. It sourced my url, but didn’t give me credit. Upon scrolling through the site, I noticed that every single post on that site was someone else’s, word-for-word. Is there anyway to report this spammer site to WP for doing this to people??
