Anyway to filter out the simple rating

    Hello,

    To respect custom experience, we allow customer leave only rating without review or comment.

    But we just realize it is mandatory to combine rating and reviews in rating feeds in Google reviews.

    So, is there anyway to filter out the ratings without reviews please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Reviews that have no review-text are being filtered out by our plugin automatically already. Is this not happening for you?

    Can you show me your product feed URL and the reviews that are problematic to you?

    Hello,

    I am glad to show you, but when I check the xml, I found it is more than 63MB, and it seems it is not possible to not access or open it with browser.

    That might also be an issue for Google when your feed is so big.

    Anyhow, I do not know how many of your reviews have no comment/text but perhaps you can filter them out using the product id’s of the reviews?
