Anything related to a purchase not showing?

    Randomly the add to cart buttons, the cart icon, the product variations disappeared from my site, I tried disabling plugins, woocomerce & everything else is up to date, the person who created my theme stopped replying to me.. it’s been like this for a week! It’s driving me crazy I can’t find the problem!

    Either your theme or another plugin is likely causing a conflict. So test for this first, and see if you can find the culprit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

    Honestly, it looks like you’re using a custom product page template that is outdated or badly coded. To rule this out, you can briefly activate a theme we know works, like twentyseventeen or Storefront and see if it works then.

    @slash1andy But the weird part is the theme’s demo site works well http://moontwo.onaz.io/

    The author of the theme has horrible support & rarely responds but I like the feeling of the theme too much to use another one.

    @icaleb Yup I already tried disabling plugins like I said & it didnt help, using the default theme did help, any certain theme file that could cause this issue?

    Could be anywhere in the theme causing this problem really.

    Maybe check which templates the theme is overriding at WooCommerce > Status and go from there.

    I’d recommend looking for a new theme if support is no longer existent and they aren’t updating.

    A number of those could be causing this. You can try dragging out template overrides until the problem is resolved. Then you know which template is at fault.

    Honestly though, that’s a really bad sign in a theme. If I were in your position with a theme that has so many overrides and isn’t being supported, I would switch themes asap.

    Yeah, you’re right, too many problems with the theme & too little support, although I really liked the theme’s style I’ll have to search for one that is not so buggy, thanks anyway.
