Anyone know of a good php-type theme?

Hi there,

I am looking for a theme (free or paid) that will allow for search functionality and results for real estate properties. I have only seen one theme (free) and wasn’t impressed with the search functionality. Anyone know of a good theme? Any help to point me in the right direction is much appreciated. 🙂
