Anyone know how Geo plugin wants info?

I’m trying to install the geo plugin (did it, activated) but I cannot find out anything about how to enter the latitude and longitude info it wants. I’ve tried all variations I can think of and when I click “map” it goes to mapquest with a 500error

Anyone know? for example, I am supposed to use:
41° 45 59 N, 64° 58 12 W

but every which way I’ve tried it I get the same errors.
