Anyone kindly know how this site generates floating banner right of sidebar?

It’s my site, but haven’t seen this question before.

Hope you’ve solved the problem until now, but if you still need it, a solution is simple: make a div with style=’position:absolute; float:right; right:-175px;top:112px;width: 173px;height:auto; z-index:10;
etc… giv it a shape you want, edit padding, background-color, border etc.
