Anyone have reCAPTCHA working with the iNove theme?

    Hi, has anyone managed to get wp-reCAPTCHA working with the iNove theme?

    From what I can tell, I think mg12 rewrote all of the comment submission code that I *think* the wp-reCAPTCHA plug-in needs in order to add itself in.

    I’m specifically interested in having the wp-reCAPTCHA work for comments (that don’t require a user to register). But I’d also like it to work on the registration screen. (And was hoping not to have to code this all myself. 🙂 )

    I’ve seen two posts on the wp-reCAPTCHA site (see the comments) with others having the same problems.

    Also, I’d be happy if the MailHide feature of the plug-in worked as well. (Though I think it’s a different reason why this part isn’t working.)

    (By the way I love the theme!)

    This post is a little stale but I can confirm wp-reCAPTCHA working for comments on my site. This is a fresh install of WP 2.7, just 2 days old with not much content yet. You are welcome to test it if you like. Here are my relevant reCAPTCHA settings. Settings are enclosed in [].

    [*] Hide reCAPTCHA for registered users who can: [All Registered Users]
    Theme: [Clean]
    Tab Index (e.g. WP: 5, WPMU: 3): [5]

    [*] Enable reCAPTCHA on registration form.
    Theme: [Clean]

    Error Messages:
    No response entered: [ERROR: Please fill in the reCAPTCHA form.]
    Incorrect response entered: [ERROR: That reCAPTCHA response was incorrect.]

    General Settings:
    Language: [English]
    [ ] Be XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant.

    Interesting. I’m using 1.2.2 of the theme, are you using 1.2.3?

    (I’ve done a number of customizations to the footers, css, templates, that will take me a little bit to redo. At least I kept a change log for myself.)

    Yes I am using iNOVE 1.2.3.

    I know that this is old, but I wanted to confirm that this did not work in a previous version of iNOVE ( I was on like 1.1.x or something) but when I upgraded to the most recent version 1.3 it worked as expected. Thanks for the help.
