Anyone good with Piecemaker? Need nice image slider

Hi,

I bought a wordpress template that contained Piecemaker Slider. It’s far too fast and distracting for my liking, and I can’t seem to slow it down in the settings. Anything I change in there has no effet. I’ve also tried to change the animation, to no avail, it still says on random.

So I uploaded Piecemaker 2, with the hopes of having more control over the animation. Whenever I “upload new asset” it just goes onto a blank screen, nothing happens. I managed to get a small image up once, tried a different image (nothing) then went back to that small image, and it still wouldn’t work. I have tried changing the width and height setting to be congruent with the image size.

I just want a nice image slider to be the focal point of my site’s main front page. Nothing fancy, nothing dancing around, just an image slider.

If anyone knows how to fix this, or any other good sliders, I would very much appreciate it!
