Anybody on here tried gorilla themes?

I was thinking about getting the Main Street theme for a fsbo real estate site, but I was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with them?

Are their themes any good? Easy to maintain? This particular theme is for 2.9x, but how realistic would it be that when they update it to be compatable with 3.0, that it will go smoothly?
