# Any web host does automatic upgrades?

 * I signed up with a web host and installed WordPress using Fantastico. But Fantastico
   installs an out-of-date version of WordPress. Worse, when I tried to add RSS 
   feeds, one of the feeds didn’t work but showed my username and directory instead!
   And my web host won’t help me upgrade. I will have to do it myself. But I have
   no technical skills. Is there any web host that does automatic upgrades? Does
   Dreamhost or Living Dot do automatic upgrades? I read about the WordPress plug-
   in that does automatic upgrades but I don’t want to take chances because if it
   doesn’t work, I will have to reinstall WordPress myself.

 * You can also try using the [WordPress Automatic Upgrades](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/)
   plugin by Keith Dsouza. It works for most WordPress type folks. If it doesn’t
   it’s probably the PHP version your host is running (works with PHP 4.4.7, 5.2.4,
   and 5.2.5 in my personal experience). Otherwise Moshu can definitely help you
   out.

 * DreamHost provides automatic upgrades (you have to click on a link to initiate
   the upgrade).
