Any way to make the Brand Banner full-width?

    Curious to see if anyone has figured out a method to have the brand banner (optional image that appears at the top of a brand page) to display as full-width rather than boxed?

    Also an unrelated question (I probably should create a separate ticket): it may be theme-specific, but might there be a simple way to have the brand name (h1) appear as a layer on the brand banner as opposed to the default view now (brand title appears above banner image)?
