I created a Contact form, but I want add some html <h2> heading styles and some
line breaks to the questions I ask in the form.

Is there a way to do this?

I'm afraid that's not possible at the moment: your HTML tags will be rendered as text inside the form.

We'll consider adding this feature to a future version of Jetpack, but in the meantime I'm afraid I can only recommend that you turn to another Contact Form plugin.

I am glad it is something in the works, because I would prefer to use this plugin than some of the others. So for now, I am using Contact Form 7.

I just switched over from Contact Form 7 and now I may have to switch back for a very similar reason. I need to be able to customize the form's HTML; in particular, the container <div> and the <label> text (no "required")
