I am looking for a polling solution that requires a single click only (only one question, and each option is the “submit” button too). Why?

Because I would like to integrate the poll options into my newsletter, like:

(my text is here)
(button: I agree) (buttton: I disagree)
—
-> and the result is: once the button in the email is pressed, the user is directed to the site and has voted, seeing the results.

Most polling solutions need two clicks: One for selecting the option, one for submitting it. Is there any way to do this with Yop Poll? Maybe with templates?
