Any way of making some content excempt from cache?

    Hi, I firstly would like to be able to disable quick cache on one blog (the main blog of a network) because it has a calendar that runs from other database tables and so the cache is not rebuilt when it should be.

    Secondly, I also have a user system that is unrelated to WordPress and as such there is a user profile link and footers that use $_SESSION values to work. These of course dont work when quick cache is on. Is there any way of making the cache ignore some parts of each page? Like the header and footer?
