My site is a gluten-free directory. So while I’d like to make every page title like – ‘Boston- Gluten-Free’,(INCLUDING MY FOCUS KEYWORD) when you’ve got 50 / 60 page menu tabs all listing a city + ‘gluten-Free’ it looks a bit clunky.
However I’m not ranking as well as I’d like.
How important is including the core keyword / theme in the page title?
Is there any way around this so I can keep the page menu tabs simply listing ‘Boston’ but rank as well as if they were tilted ‘Boston – Gluten-Free’.
