Instead of adding multiple variables to each on of my products in woocomerce in the variations tab I use “any variation” to set the price for speed as each variation doesn’t vary on price. However, this does not seem to work for this plugin. Doing it this way produces an entry on the feed that when you click the link takes you to a 404 page.

This means I have to remove all any variation and manually add each variation and set a price. Is this correct? How can I get around doing this?

Thank you.. also thank you for a great plugin

  • Hi James,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you seem to experience some issues with it.

I have tried to replicate the issue at hand on our development servers but on our end all seems to be working just fine.

In order to understand how you configured your product feed I need your help.
Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me on support@adtribes.io?
It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feed.

    Thank you very much.

    Have a wonderful evening,
    Eva

Closing the issue for housekeeping reasons for now, please reach out whenever you need more help.

    All the best,
    Eva
