Any themes with an "Ebay store" and directory feature?

    Anyone know of a theme that can allow the following features:
    -A marketplace
    -Hosts directory listings added by a logged in user
    -Multiple items for sale within that directory listing
    -I be able to take percentage of items sold

    Example:
    -On Ebay.com- users can create an “ebay store” and list multiple items for sale within it.
    – I want that feature and to also be able to list the “ebay stores” in a directory for viewing

    *looking for maybe a theme where i can make this happen or maybe even a plugin.
