 * Have purchased the plugin in April 2014, but have still not gotten it to work
   🙁
 * Have contacted support again and again (via mail and via official support).
 * My official support tickets keep getting closed without any notification, and
   when I email support directly, I can’t get any solution to my problem or a refund.
 * Does anyone here have any suggestions on what to do?

 * Yes. Send out messages to all social media accounts you have to let people know
   how bad the support is.
 * Wash, rinse, repeat.

 * The author of the plugin (Ludwig Van Normainen it seems) is simply no longer 
   responding…
 * ..WHEN I write to get support. I have tried earlier to write from a different
   email address with a purchase question, and he answers right away.

 * I’m sorry but these forums really are not for supporting the commercial plugin.
 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site as you’ve apparently done.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products).
