 * Whenever I check my site in Google PageSpeed Insights, I am asked to leverage
   browser cache for autoptimized css and js files.
 * I searched the forum and different net sources, but couldn’t find a solution
   except deleting the WP SUPER CACHE plugin or using the PHP cache instead of the
   mod_rewrite method in WP super cache.
 * If I disable Autoptimize plugin, I don’t get such error and when I disable WP
   super cache, even then I don’t get the error. It means if they work separately,
   they work fine. But when they are activated at the same time and expert mode
   in the super cache, the problem arises.
 * I am starting this thread just to know is there any recent advancement in this
   aspect?? How could I use both the plugins?? I don’t want to switch over to any
   other cache plugin.
 * Please help.

 * after testing and testing, and testing and great help from the developers, I
   think I have finally resolved this issue.
 * Simply change the location and name of the autoptimized files. [Here are the details.](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-plugin-loads-files-from-cache-folder-even-after-changing-location/)
 * I need confirmation from developers before I close this ticket.

 * in some cases there indeed can be conflicts between WPSC’s (old) & AO’s .htaccess
   files. If I am not mistaking one can remove wp-content/cache/.htaccess to have
   it regenerated and the new WPSC .htaccess would (but not sure) not have that
   3m validity any more?
 * alternatively you can switch “static files”-option off in AO’s settings to have
   the files served by PHP (which I think does away with WPSC’s validity)?
 * and I hereby confirm that moving folders is a good solution for this problem
   as well, feel free to close [@a_usman](https://wordpress.org/support/users/a_usman/)

 * have a nice day!
