Any Slider Plugin

    I’m loving this theme, it’s just too good!
    But I would like to help on how to install a slider plugin. If responsive and full width, the better, but if not, that at least is above the sidebar of the homepage.
    I know the WooThemes has a specific plugin for this, but at the time, as it is only a pilot project, did not want to invest a lot of money, so do not buy it.
    I’m using a child theme, so would not want to change any main theme file.

    I was able to use the Meta Slider plugin.

    Place the code below in your child theme’s header.php:

    <?php echo do_shortcode("[metaslider id=#]"); ?>

    just change “#” to your own generated id # when you create your slides.

    Hey,

    Are you referring to WooSlider? This is not a pilot project.

    Storefront should work just fine with most Slider plugins, though.
