Any simple and page load optimized social sharing widgets?

I use Add this plugin in my blog. But this plugin generated several redirections, unwanted requests and unwanted tracking (with b.scorecardresearch).

As a result of that, my site full load take more than 8 seconds. Without addthis, my site full load time is 4-5 seconds.

I’m searching a simple and page loading friendly social sharing plugin (need, Facebook, twitter, Google plus, etc few popular services). Actually I’m not expecting user tracking.

Can someone please tell me a good social sharing plugin which can add at the end of the posts.
