Any real support for Conversion Support and their WordPress plugin?

I’ve created a trial account and installed their plugin/code without a hitch. The chat window appears. Whenever I try to customize or change any settings I get this prompt: “There seems to be a problem.Try again later.” I thought it might be a compatibility issue with my browser. I tried Firefox, Chrome and several of the later versions of Internet Explorer. No luck. I started up a chat session to get assistance and I was left with the impression that the chat reps are an outsourced answering service. They could not give me a direct answer to anything. Instead, my contact information was taken and I was told someone would contact me.
