Any plugin or method to open a page in lightbox or popup when click on photo ?

    i am new to wordpress , i want when i click on photo of my site then a page open with full size photo one side and description and price other side.

    i see this on this site http://www.habib-fadel.com/en/artwork/

    when we click on photo its open description too , i search net and tried light-box plugins but i didn’t get solution .

    please check the link and solve my problem . is it possible on wordpress with any plugin free or commercial or using any css coding .
