any one can access my control panel

Just above the comment box it show my nickname and log out. If some one click it, it takes them to my control panel and allows them to make changes to anything on my site. I can’t find anywhere to delete or stop this. What can be done to resolve this? I thought it was something to do with the admin bar and inserted the code to disable but it has done nothing for my problem.
