Any known interference between SEO plugins ?

    Sure! Give it a try should be fine (the plugin is very simple)

    Would you recommend removing the analytics code from the seo plugin before?
    or could they both hold it ?

    Best to only use one or the other for GA code.. if there are two instances included in the markup google may have issues knowing which one to use. So use my plugin for the GA stuff, and SEO plugin for everything else.
