Do you want to disable all menu items or a few items on a mobile device?
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus – create a new menu and assign it to a mobile menu location. If you want to remove all, then just keep the mobile menu blank.

You need to add some css to hide a few menu items without creating a new menu.
one more question checking with developers tools it seems site loading time is very slow
I think issue is TTFB (Time To First Byte) is this related only to hosting company or i can improve it myself ? can you please check overall performance and let me know your thought thank you .

It depends on various factor including your hosting, Cache, CDN, etc. To improve your site speed use a cache plugin with a CDN service.
Also, go to Dashboard > Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles and disable those files that you are not using.
Yes did all that installed cache plugin etc , but still site loading time is not ideal, can you please check details and let me know ?
We are using only WP Rocket on OceanWP demos. There is no specific optimization for the demo site.

Yes, I understand but our support is limited here. I told you all the things that we are using on oceanwp demo site for optimization. Hosting is also a factor for site speed.
