This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Thanks for the reply! I will give that a try. I do have a back up I can restore from (from yesterday) so maybe I’ll do that first to see if it clears up

Were you referring to one of the widgets in the inactive widget area and deleted it?

No I didn’t, it’s very strange. It seemed to have happened at some point during the day today when I wasn’t working on it. Maybe there was an update or something.
But the whole page is displaying so strangely…. it’s somehow super long now and showing WAY more than when I originally created it. It’s almost like it is showing a link to everything else that exists in the site.
The page was only made to show from the header “EPISODES” (way down near the bottom) and down.

Seems like the culprit was the Buy Me a Coffee plugin. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction guys!
