    Hello!

Unfortunately, we can’t predict how the image will be displayed–every device and app shows something else, and that may change in the future.

    There are guidelines, however.

You’d want to go for a landscape image with a 1.91:1 aspect ratio that’s at least 1200px wide for universal support. That means 1200x630px is preferred. You may scale that up to your liking, e.g., 2400×1260, 4096×2144, etc. The images shouldn’t be larger than 5MB or 4096px in either width or height.

If you want to display text or logos, then I recommend centering them within a square. This is because some devices may square the image for a 1:1 ratio (630x630px).

I recommend trying out what works best for your favorite social platform. Some offer testing tools:

I hope this helps to get you started! Cheers 🙂

    How about the logo ?
I don’t understand what logo stand for. It needs to be symbol, or text or something ?

    Hi Lucius,

The logo needs to be of your organization the site represents. It may be just a symbol, symbol+text, or only text. Here’s an example:

You can find more about the logo field here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/logo
