    Having tested this, it does in fact not work properly. For example, menus cease to work when activating this.

    Can you be more clear about what went wrong with your menus?

    When the plugin is switched on or off, the taxonomy term IDs will suddenly have a different meaning. I recommend turning this plugin on when you first design the site and never turning it off; it’s not something you can as easily turn on for a site that already has lots of content.

    I should probably add a note to the front page of this plugin warning people of that.

    Hey Marcus,

    You are right, since menu items are stored as taxonomy terms, if you enable this plugin after configuring your menus they will not work properly.

    Edit: But you should be able to reconfigure them afterwards.
