Any code works?

    I’ve installed this on a fresh instal with no other security plugins and found that I am able to use any six digit code every time. As long as there are six digits not repeating I can simply log in. Currently on WP 4.5.3, is there any way to fix this or is this something the WordPress core is allowing?

    Did you remember to activate it AND push the save button on your profile page ?

    I did. I ended up playing with things for a bit since this was a new install and found that if I do a fresh install with the plugin being installed through the installer, it does the same after activation and saving. I then downloaded the plugin files separately then uploaded them via FTP and had no issue with it working. Not sure the issue, but it is no longer an issue.
