But this also utilizes the contact form on each page’s sidebar. It’s the same form for both.

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

The settings they have when it succeeds:
to: smoyes@website.com
[your-name] <wordpress@website.com>
The ONLY change I make and it fails:
to: info@website.com
[your-name] <wordpress@website.com>

Make sure that the info@website.com address is existing and reachable.
The info@website.com email address does exist and is reachable by typical email. It doesn’t matter what email address I use in the form, if it’s anything but the original email address, I get the same error.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet, Classic Editor, Flamingo, Really Simple CAPTCHA, Wordfence Security and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.
