    Hi EmperorFPM

    We’re working on a paid support offering to give our Page Builder users fast support. For now, there can be a bit of a delay for our free support requests.

    As for not being able to update pages. This issue usually comes down to a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if that fixes the issue for you? If it does, you can re-enable your plugins one by one to isolate which one is causing the issue.

    I posted yesterday, hence the frustration since that is still “pending”?

    I have scoured all threads and tried all options. I wouldn’t be here other wise.

    I appreciate your response but I’ve done that. What is the next step I can take to solve this?

    I am having the exact same problem!
    I updated my WP version today and I am not able to edit anything on my website. I tried to desactivate all plugins one by one but this does not work.

    Please help me with that as we are stuck in a middle of our project.

    After you’ve disabled all other plugins, be sure to completely clear your browser cache (with all plugins besides Page Builder still disabled), then try editing the page again.

    If you still get an issue, temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue is resolved.

    If you’re still getting the issue after that, a WordPress reinstall might be necessary. Follow steps 7 and 8 of this guide http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended

    I’ve tried all but the re-install wordpress. The turn off and on has never been successful in my experience.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    Unfortunately, If I am writting to you its because I tried all these options before.

    Everytime I try to edit something it goes into “AutoSave”. And then It deleted my changes and goes back to an older version of my website.

    Do you have any idea where this could come from?
    This is really a mess for us,

    I just received 2 accounts, so not sure which is which. While trying to log into http://digitad.ca/ I’m getting a 406, not acceptable error.

    For http://houstonaccommodations.com/, I was able to create and edit a page. Can whoever owns this let me know which page they’re having difficulty with.

    Did you do anything differently?

    I am trying to create a page using the duplicate function ‘Modera Flats’

    It will not save anything new for me.

    Hi EmperorFPM

    It seems to be editing for me. If you navigate to Modera Flats page you’ll see I’ve added a new Visual Editor widget with an <hr/>. Which browser are you using? Could you try editing the page using a different browser?

    I’ve tested with Firefox and Chrome on OS X.

    Try to change the ‘Site Origin Headline’ widget.
