I’ve been having some problems recently with DHL tool used for creating shipments. It works through REST API, signalling DHL dashboard when they need to create a new order, but recently it just stopped. Their support went to inspect and found that Anti-Spam is blocking the communication (screenshot on the link below). Is there a way for me to “unblock” this? More importantly, is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?
