Answers page not calling Theme page template

Hi, I just installed your plugin on a test basis prior to purchasing the pro version and all works as I expected except that the Answers page http://www.iheartdr.com/answers/ loads on my page background NOT on my content background as any other normal page. Is there a work around for this?
