I have contact form 7 on the contact page of my website and I am receiving the answers that are being filled in, but not the questions.
eg. I ask ‘Date and Time of Party?’ ______

    In my email I receive
    ‘3 July’
What I want to receive is
Date and time of party?: ‘3 July’

As there is a list of questions is becomes confusing to receive answers without the relevance of my questions.

The code I have inserted into contact form 7 is eg:-

    <p>Date and Time of Party*
    [text* date-and-time-of-party] </p>

The page is located at http://cometomyparty.net/contact-2/

Any help would be gratefully received.

    Many thanks

    Kerry

You forgot to add your Q into Message Body part (right bottom corner). Something like:
Date and Time of Party: [text* date-and-time-of-party]

Hi 3NT. Thanks but where do I put the Q in the code please?

THis is the way my Message body part looks at the moment – where does the Q go?

    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: Party Quote. Come To My party

    Message Body:
    [date-and-time-of-party]

    THanks!

You need to put all the questions you want to appear in the email coming to you in the Message body section.

    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: Party Quote. Come To My party

Message Body: << delete this if you don’t want in the email you receive.

Date and Time of Party: [date-and-time-of-party]

    Name of Birthday Child: [name-of-birthday-child]

    etc, etc for each question.

Exactly. And the order is irrelevant. You could arrange Q&A, FROM, SUBJECT the way you like.
