    Thank u for awesome plugin ! really very useful plugin. how about more 
   features like add another role like : 1- admin : manage all website also (awesome-
   support tickets ) 2- sub-admin : just manage assign tickets 3- agent : reply 
   his/her tickets that assign to him/her by sub-admin or admin
 * can help me to make sub-admin or what ever that help to manage assign tickets?
 *  I used ( wpfront-user-role-editor-all-roles) to make role but not useful !
 * just admin can manage assign and when I go to advance setting and I checked (
   agent see all )not what I need .
 * I need (role) that to manage assign tickets and (agent) reply his/her tickets
   just
