    Using Printful’s website, Add Product, Import from store.
    Copy an existing product from my Etsy store to my WooCommerce store.
    Product shows up in Woo with no image, and is set to Private.
    The description is *only* the boilerplate printful text about the shirt, none of my description is there.
    error.log contains no entries for the time the sync occurred.
    Is someone going to be looking in to why this is happening, being every other post seems to be being ignored?

    The Import from store feature is limited in its capability and the options vary by ecommerce platform used. We recommend using our Product templates for easy and convenient product creation.

    Thanks for responding.

    I have to say, though, it’s not “easy and convenient” if I have to create a template for *every* shirt I create, then set most of the same information again for every shirt, when your website and plugin are supposed to simply copy the shirts from one platform to another.

    There is no reason your plugin would be able to create an item in WooCommerce, but not put my portion of the description and the image in place, unless you have a code issue.

    And, I have contacted your support chat, they stated they have escalated the issue to you, and I am waiting to hear back.
