 * I browsed around to see if I can solve the issue without posting but I couldn’t
   find a solution.
 * My popup is also not appearing.
 * I set it up to entire site, auto open but still cannot see anything.

   first look indicates your themes footer.php file is missing the <?php wp_footer();?
   > just before the </body. May want to check for wp_head(); in header.php while
   your at it.
