• Hey guys,

I have another compatibility issue with NF. NF provides a direct link to specific forms which allow query strings to be used to send info. Unfortunately, when I switched over from the 2019 theme to OceanWP, those links led to blank post pages instead of the intended form. I sent this question over to them and they said to contact you guys as it was caused by the theme and not them. Please let me know what’s up.

    Link
It should show the ninja form. I have multiple of these, so I know it’s not unique to this specific form.

Thank you for sharing the page URL, Tried but did not get any clue about the form.
Kindly share a snapshot of the settings/editor where you have added that for, That will help in troubleshooting.

Thank you for sharing the snapshots.
Tried checking at local and it is working well for me.

Please try to create a new form, add a form, and check.
If not resolved, share that page URL.
And you are currently using the twenty nineteen theme but I’m still not getting that form.

I just tried it on a completely different, new website. Link

It still didn’t work. I am not sure how this is not coming up on your local. I will describe the steps because there really are only a couple:

    1. Install Ninja Forms and OceanWP
    2. Create new NF. It can include anything on it. Publish.
    3. Enable “Allow a public link” on NF. Publish again.
    4. Copy/Paste link into browser.

It cannot just be a problem with me since I’ve now tried it on two different websites.
