this plugin has another bug.

When a guest shopper tries to pay in a single product page or in a cart, even before he/she inputs his/her (billing/shipping) address, it calculates the payment without including the shipping fee, then this plugin proceeds to paypal account without including shipping fee.

Please correct it.

Well…this issue had been known yrs ago as think link shows: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-options-not-showing-before-order-complete/

The guy of this forum claims it was resolved.
Is this issue really resolved? It seems not to me.

Thanks for reaching out. Here you will see the first method on my shipping zone is a $10 Flat Rate method:

Then I tested a $525 product that shows $535 in PayPal:

As a first step, confirm that the zones are properly configured with methods and also that the PayPal account used has shipping details in the pop-out window. If that does not help. Can you try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout to see if this issue still happens?
