    For the life of my I cannot figure this out. I have no idea what is going on.
    So I make a gallery with lightshot and sometimes it will create ANOTHER gallery that is HUGE on top of it. So I go back in revisions to before I even uploaded all the pictures…. and it is STILL THERE. so I DELETE my gallery…. and it is STILL THERE with all the images I uploaded at the beginning.

    Hi Justin,

    Can you share a URL to the error?

    and give as much information as possible, how do you create the gallery? using a plugin? the Gutenberg block editor?

    @sebaocano

    no. only thing I use is lightbox and the generic editor.

    Test page here. As you can see there is TWO galleries. the bottom one is the one I myself added. the top GIANT one is not. even if I delete the one I added, that giant one will stay.

    So looking more it seems it goes back to “normal” If I switch it to “standard” instead of Gallery in post format however then if I use the “Featured image”, it will appear on that page which I don’t want. I swear I got it to work using gallery before as well.

    After cheking, I think that the theme is generating that galley, maybe you can edit that page and make that galery on the top if the post is in the gallery format.

    If you don’t know how to edit this, just write me back and I will help you.

    @sebaocano uh yeah please help. If you need me to delete the gallery or anything else to show you let me know

    I can not replicate your error locally, can you share a screenshot of your “Simple Lightbox By Archetyped” configuration?

    That configuration look good (defaults)

    Can you explain how yo add the images to the post? I think that’s what I’m not doing in the same way as you.

    @sebaocano
    create a post. add block. gallery. usually carousel. enable lightbox and change some size settings. Some times it does it and sometimes it doesn’t.

    Here is one I got to use “gallery” format and it worked for some reason https://alexstrasza.com/2022/11/jaina-proudmoore/

    I can not find the “enable ligthbox” option, can you share a screen shot of that?

    I don’t have the carrusel option, it seems that I need to enable, can you tell me if you have a jetpack plugin?

    better if you share a list of the plugins that you have installed and enabled.

    I found that code blocks is the one that enables the carusel, and also I think i found how to hide the huge gallery on top:

    Just use standard type post, not gallery.

    @sebaocano yeah I mentioned that earlier.
    But then the problem is if I add a “FEATURED image” it appears at the top of that gallery page which I don’t want.

    https://alexstrasza.com/2022/10/aaaa/ like this. I got it for the other pages I’m not sure how exactly. it isn’t very constantant how it works.

    (@sebaocano)

    well, that huge image is exactly the featured image, if you don’t add it, you will not see it.
