# Another Error Message Problem

 * Okay, I’ve done everything that I’m supposed to do…in fact, I’ve successfully
   set up WordPress on another site, with no problem at all. I am currently trying
   to install v. 1.7.1 on a new site
 * However, every time I try to install it, I get the following error message:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/jlombard/public_html/
   wordpress/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 159
 * I’ve tried doing this twice, and get the same error every time. Any suggestions?

 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() almost always means one or
   more files did not get uploaded or are 0 byte
