 * We use latest version of EM WP en BP. What I like to achieve, is that I appoint
   a “booking manager” per event.
    I’m the one creating the events, but I want someone
   else to be notified etc about the bookings, beasicly this user shoudl not edit
   the event. (Or be able to create a new one)
 * Or is this not possible with the standard solution?

 * Multiple email address can be added to the _Email events admin_ field under Events
   > Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates. That sounds like all you need
   to do.

 * Somehow,
    but not completly:
 * For our cycling club, I have multiple events, in various categories.
    (training,
   tours, race’s, technical meetings) I would like to be able to assign a booking
   manager per category. or event….

 * If you want to have installed the same plugin several times, maybe renaming the
   plugin would help. But I’m not sure how renaming works.

 * at the moment you can enable user capability manage_others_bookings to a role
   under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities
