[Resolved] Another backup is already in progress

    Hi ricardo.evans,

    Have you tried deactivating the plugin, then clicking Delete to completely uninstall it, and reinstall the plugin? This will reset all configuration and preferences but will also reset internal things which might have not installed correctly for some reason.

    Please provide Help & Support tab information if you still have issue after fully reinstalling.

    I am experiencing the same problem. I have deactivated/deleted the plugin several times and am still getting an error that says “The backup could not be started; another backup is already in progress.”

    The update fixed the problem I was having. At first I updated the plugin, but it was still giving me the same error of “The backup could not be started; another backup is already in progress.” I uninstalled the plugin then reinstalled it and now everything is working normal.
