 * Hello,
 * I need to add another administrator with a permission level of 10. I know that
   you must create a new user within phpMyAdmin. However; I am not very skilled 
   at adding a new user within phpMyAdmin.
 * Is it possible for someone to tell me how to add a new user within phpMyAdmin
   exactly?
 * This is much appreciated.

 * Actually it’s much easier to create the user using the WordPress administration
   tool then use phpMyAdmin to simply modify the user level.
 * Once the user is created, open phpMyAdmin, select the appropriate database, click
   on the Browse icon next to the “wp_users” table, click on the Edit Row icon next
   to the row of the user you want to edit and change the user_level to 10.
